great central location

central location public transport modern room

the location is perfect. it is very central and public transport is easy to use. the room was beautiful, modern, and comfortable (i slept very well).

the variety of food at breakfast could be better.

the room had a big tv and a gorgeous shower room. bedding was lovely and the decor was pleasing to the eye. cleanliness was a priority and it showed throughout.

the hotel is only a short walk from the nearest metro entrance. several tourist attractions are easily accessible from here. a local supermarket and many bars are within a ten minute walk.

the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the dining room offered an exquisite experience and was a lovely way to start the day. there was a wonderful selection available.

staff were kind and professional throughout my stay. the hotel was accommodating anytime i required anything extra, like more coffee or tea for the room. they were always helpful and friendly.

solid stay close to alexanderplatz

The location was amazing. I found myself just steps away from alexanderplatz. the convenience of nearby public transportation made navigating the city a piece of cake. also, i found the cleanliness perfect throughout the premises. the staff was very helpful with check-in and provided useful information when requested.

i noticed only a slight inconvenience, the elevator seemed a bit slow during peak hours, leading to occasional waits.

The reception staff offered quick assistance with directions. They were always present. housekeeping maintained the room nicely each day. additional towels were provided quickly upon request, and i appreciated it.

The hotel's proximity to alexanderplatz is a definite plus. The location provided easy access to shops. several restaurants nearby provided options. public transportation links are also very accessible, and i used them.

breakfast offered various choices, like bread, cereal, and eggs, allowing flexibility. the dining area remained tidy and organized. the coffee was AMAZING!!! seating was plentiful, so i never felt crowded, and i drank a lot of coffee.
